No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Gift returns
• Delayed delivery due to courier issues
Exceptions (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are:
• Damaged upon arrival
• Defective or incorrect item received
To be eligible for replacement, you must:
1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide clear unboxing video of the shipment with damaged/defective item and the packaging.
3. Ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
After verification, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are not provided in these cases unless a replacement is unavailable.
Custom and Personalized Jewelry
All customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable under all conditions.
